China Targets 5% Growth in 2025 with $20 Trillion Economy
President Xi Jinping stated that the Chinese economy is on track to achieve a targeted growth rate of around 5% in 2025, with its total size expected to reach approximately $20 trillion.
He added that Beijing plans to implement more proactive policies in 2026 to support long-term expansion and strengthen the resilience of the Chinese economy.
